Rent Collection
Hightech Properties Consultants provides for the collection of rent from tenants & the deposition of the collected amount into specified bank accounts.

Property Conservation
If, for any reason, the tenant fails to honor rental agreements, Hightech Properties can on our client's behalf initiate proceedings to evict the client. For our clients living abroad, Hightech Properties retains a lawyer to initiate the procedure of eviction (forcible detainer) for non-payment of rent with courts. On subsequent of rent payment along with the cost of legal and other expenses incurred to that point in the month (Legal Fees, Court Filing Fees, Process Service Fees etc.) Hightech Properties will dismiss the legal action. We aim to protect the rights of the owner at all costs.

Maintenance & Repair
Hightech Properties provides for the maintenance & repair of properties at economical prices.

Termination of a Lease/Rental Agreement
Upon the termination of a Lease Dead/Rent agreement, our consultants shall assess the condition of the property and account for (if they exist) all damages and deduct the correction costs from the tenant's security deposit. Subsequently Hightech Properties shall arrange for the clean up and repair of the property after due notification to our clients.
